What this website collects, why, and what we never do with it.

The short version
We collect only what you type into our forms — your name and contact details. We use it to do what you asked (send you the free book, or have the office call you back), and if you joined our email list, to send you occasional emails from Dr. Allred. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising trackers, and our visitor statistics are anonymous.
What we collect, and why
- Free book form: your name and email address, used to deliver the download links — and to add you to Dr. Allred's email list, where he shares new free resources, articles, and occasional updates or offers from the practice. One click unsubscribes you from all of it, any time.
- Appointment request form: your name, phone, email, preferred clinic, and anything you write in the message box. This goes to Dr. Allred's office so staff can contact you to schedule. Please don't include detailed medical history in the form — save that for your visit.
- Quizzes: your answers are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
- Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting, or tracking individual people.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by our form providers (LeadConnector/HighLevel for the book form, FormSubmit for the appointment form), which relay your information to Dr. Allred's office. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Videos on this site are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's own privacy policy applies once a video plays.
Emails from us
If you signed up through this site, you may hear from Dr. Allred by email — new articles, free tools, and occasional practice updates or offers. Expect useful, infrequent email, not a flood. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and unsubscribing never affects your medical care.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever.
- Run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- Email people who never gave us their address, or keep emailing after you unsubscribe.
Your health information
This website is for general education and scheduling requests — it is not a patient portal, and nothing you submit here becomes part of a medical record. Medical records at Dr. Allred's clinics are protected under HIPAA and each facility's policies. For anything urgent or medically detailed, please call your clinic directly (numbers are in the footer).
