Which file to use
Every card exists twice. The versions in the Staff Resources list are exactly 4×6 with no bleed — those are for the clinic printer or a quick copy-shop run. The files below carry bleed and crop marks and are meant for a commercial printer.

Specification to give the printer
- Finished size: 4 × 6 inches, portrait.
- Bleed: 0.125 in on all four sides. Document is 4.75 × 6.75 in including crop marks; TrimBox and BleedBox are set inside the PDF.
- Sides: 2, double-sided. Page 1 is the front, page 2 is the back.
- Colour: RGB. Most presses convert better than a hand conversion does — but if the shop insists on CMYK, say so and a CMYK set can be generated.
- Fonts: fully embedded (Liberation Sans).
- Images: 368–735 dpi at final size.
- Stock: 14–16 pt gloss or matte cover for the take-home and review cards. For the exam-room card, 16 pt plus gloss lamination, or have the shop laminate after trimming.
Suggested quantities to start
- Exam room: about 15 — one per room across all five clinics, plus spares.
- Take-home: 500. This is the one that runs out.
- Review cards: 250, split among the five clinics and the local providers.
If something on a card changes
The cards are generated from the website's own data, not drawn by hand — so a phone number or provider change on the site is a one-command regeneration, not a redesign. Ask Dr. Allred and new files will be produced the same day.
