What this is

Two 4×6 cards that share a front. Each PDF has two pages — page 1 is the front, page 2 is the back.

The front of both is Dr. Allred's free book, The Surgery-Free Arthritic Knee. Scanning takes the patient to darinallredmd.com/book, where they enter their name and email to get the PDF or ePub — which also adds them to the practice's contact list.

Exam Room card — laminate it

The back is the flight-route map from the website's home page, and the reminder that the patient's own town has a provider five days a week. There is no QR code on that side on purpose: the scannable code is on the front, and a second one would only split attention. No phone numbers either — whoever is reading it is already standing in the clinic.

  • One per exam room, all five clinics. Laminated, standing on the counter.
  • It stays in the room. It is not meant to be given away.

Take-Home card — plain stock, give it away

The back lists all five clinics with the local provider in each town and that clinic's phone number, plus the social handles. That side only earns its keep if the card leaves the building — it is meant to end up on a refrigerator door.

  • Loose stacks at the front desk and checkout. Print plenty; this is the one that runs out.
  • Give a stack to the local provider in each town — the back of the card is as much about them as it is about Dr. Allred.
  • A patient who takes one home puts it on the kitchen table, and their spouse reads it. That is the point.

Printing

  • The files in the list above are exactly 4×6 — print double-sided on cardstock (the photo-paper setting works) or plain paper. Colour strongly preferred.
  • For a commercial print run, use the press files instead: Print-Shop Files — Patient Cards. Those carry bleed and crop marks.

Good to know

  • The card is generated from the website's own clinic data, so the phone numbers and provider names can never drift from what the site says. If a number changes on the site, the card is regenerated to match.
  • Neither card asks for a Google review. Review requests belong on their own card, handed out at the two-week post-op visit — pairing a free giveaway with a review request is the pattern Google flags.
  • Need a different size (business card, letter-size poster) or a version for a single town? Ask Dr. Allred — variants are easy to produce.
